During my service as one part of the sourcing&development team,I used to work on inquiries with buyers from initial status to the end.
a.Based on these one of my responsibilities is to find out good solutions among suppliers.
b.Sorting out issues together with Indian merchandisers when things got wrong.
c.Visiting overseas factory and mills with my colleagues to make sure production goes well as promised.
I was well-trained to maintain a proper workflow as expected by my senior manager also required by tight deadlines during workdays.It was great to receive critical comments and feedbacks from people who worked with me.I got great sense of fulfillment when I saw them satisfied with improvements and endeavours.
It’s a bit challenging to move everything online when the pandemic still going on globally.
1) Checking everything in advance before taking even the smallest action became a must.
2) Having tedious conference calls with buyers became a commonplace.
3) Double-checking every sampling and production details for overseas buyers became a routine.
To be honest,it was quite tough.
After I went back in home town,I had my very first quarantine during COVID-19.When things got steady,I started language session with my foreign friends either via online platform or offline gathering without joining any company or firm.Some of them have the need to pass exams,HSK for example.While some desire to experience decent local cultures and record travel memories of staying in China.
1）I felt proud that I created such an atmosphere and community where we could share our own history and stories.
2）I felt proud to be the link and connection between strangers from different backgrounds.I tried my best to erase those gaps between people from different backgrounds in terms of learning Chinese language and experiencing Chinese culture for the first time.
3) It felt like a mission to use my existence for good,discovering ways of justice and purity in other human beings.
4) I gained knowledge from my foreign friends and enjoyed the journey very much.

I stayed in northeast of Vietnam for one month:
1) I visited UNESCO World Heritage Site Ha Long Bay for its natural wonders of the world;
2) I spent quality time in the cruise ship and kayaking with friends;
3) I was exposed to the lively life in the beautiful and crowded city Hanoi;
4) Under the entrust of my buyers, I visited some designated factories.
I stayed in TaiPei city for one week, exploring local street fashion,eating habits,music industry,social customs et cetera.
