1. Follow up the export orders of oversea apparel brand such as Kaise、Gents、TopMan. Mainly includes Suit, Pant, Jaket,etc woven products.
2. Quote the price based on customer's requirements, make the invoice to customers for deposit arrangement and bulk production after price & order confirmed.
3. Follow up the fabric/trims status, production and quality condition. Timely and accurately arrange the export of orders, including booking vessels, booking vehicles and making all documents required for import and export.
4. Check technical workmanship, sample, material card and other factors closely related to production, and timely pass on customer's order and related information to the corresponding person to meet customer's demand.
5. Tracking production status, ensure the products can be produced by required quality and quantity, keep the delivery on time.
6. Communicate with customers and internal to solve any urgent issue in production.
1. Attend the Canton fair & overseas exhibition every year to develop new customers.
2. The reception of foreign customers when they visit the factory and inspect the goods.
3. Archive customer information, maintaining timely communication with clients and tracking potential customers.
4. Translate customer’s tech pack details, make the production order sheet and distribute to each dept.
5. Follow up the order process, such as confirm the quality standard with customer, arrange the lab dips approval and sampling, embroidery/print approval, fabric/trims booking, follow up the bulk production status(cut/emb/print/sew/ironing/packing,etc).
6. Solve the problems encountered during production, inspection, shipping.
7. Book the vessel and make the customs declaration document, shipping invoices, packing list and other data.
8. Follow up the balance payment with customers and confirm with financial dept.
9. According to customer's requirements and sketch to develop the new products, constantly meet the market demand.
10. Deal with customer's complaints, such as size and color shade, etc.
1. Develop potential customers on Alibaba, free B2B and other website platform, timely reply and follow up customer's enquires. Keep close daily communicate with customer to win the orders.
2. Updating the production information/window products on alibaba everyday.

5. Booking bulk fabric/accessories on internal system, follow up the lab dips, dye lots, quality, quotation, and delivery etc.
6. Tacking production status, including the formulation and implementation ofproduction schedule, ensure the sample supply/packing requirements/export handbook/inspection and shipment arrangement. And timely and effectively deal with the problems encountered in the production process.
